  • What is your Return & Exchange policy?
    • Not satisfied with your purchase? No worries! Enjoy unlimited exchanges on all items with complimentary shipping. Plus, we happily welcome returns for any reason within 30 days of your initial purchase. Please note, scrubs must remain in unworn and unwashed condition.
  • How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
    • Upon initiating a return, expect to promptly receive an email confirmation once your package is scanned. Please note, it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method. For returns via mail, once the carrier scans your package, we'll proceed with issuing a refund or processing your exchange according to your preference.
  • Do I pay for return shipping?
    • NO! Return shipping is on us, if you paid the $5.00 for the shipping charge when you ordered than your refund will consist of your full amount minus the $5.00
  • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    • Orders shipped within the US typically take between 5-8 business including handling time, although some orders may come even faster.
  • What are the payment methods that you accept?
    • At the moment we accept Apple Pay, Credit Cards, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. 
  • Are your scrub true to size?
    • Determining the right size can be challenging due to the unique nature of each individual's body and the lack of a universal standard in the apparel industry.
    • Our recommendation to customers is: If you typically purchase scrubs from a retail store, we suggest sizing up. However, if you usually buy from an online brand, we recommend sticking to your usual size guide.
    • To provide flexibility and ensure a perfect fit, we offer exchanges and free returns. If you're unsure about sizing, consider ordering two sizes and returning the one that doesn't fit well.
